Go Mobility by MUBIL advances in its commercialization and already has 30 confirmed exhibitors

  • The Technical Committee of the fair met this morning at Ficoba
  • Go Mobility by MUBIL will be held in Ficoba, Irun, Spain,on March 2 and 3 under the slogan “the present and future of sustainable mobility”

This morning the first meeting of the Go Mobility by MUBIL 2022 Technical Committee took place at Ficoba, where the evolution of the fair’s marketing was reported and different aspects of the event’s organization were discussed. To date, 30 exhibitors have already confirmed their presence at this industrial exhibition, a benchmark in southern Europe.

The participating companies belong to the different areas of the value chain of the new mobility, although it is important to highlight the presence of recharging and energy storage companies, as well as the reuse of batteries with circular economy criteria. This is a challenging area for the sector.

The Technical Committee of Go Mobility by MUBIL, which has met chaired by the director of MUBIL, Ane Insausti, is made up of representatives of public institutions, companies, technology centers and associations linked to sustainable mobility and energy.

The Committee has been enriched for this third edition of the fair with four new members.

On the one hand, BRTA-Basque Research and Technology Alliance, which brings together 16 technology centers and cooperative research centers belonging to the Basque Network of Science, Technology and Innovation, the Basque Government, the Provincial Councils of Alava, Bizkaia and Gipuzkoa and the SPRI Group.

On the other hand, EIT Innoenergy, (European Union), which operates at the heart of the energy transition, providing the technology and skills needed to support the green deal and Europe’s decarbonization objectives.

Indar, Ingeteam Group, has also joined the Technical Committee of the fair. This company is leader in the design and manufacture of rotating electrical machines: generators, motors and submersible pumps.

Petronor, leader in the refining sector in Spain, with a clear commitment to technological development towards decarbonization and energy sustainability, completes the novelties in the Technical Committee of Go Mobility by MUBIL.

The Go Mobility by MUBIL fair will hold its third edition under the slogan “the present and the future of sustainable mobility” on March 2 and 3, 2022, at the Ficoba Exhibition Center in Irun (Spain). This industrial exhibition, promoted by MUBIL Fundazioa, created within the framework of Etorkizuna Eraikiz of the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa, and organized by the latter in collaboration with Ficoba, has the support of the Provincial Council and the Basque Government, and brings together all the actors in the value chain of the new mobility, which show the most advanced technological solutions on the market at this event.

The transformation of mobility has taken shape in a new concept that no longer places the emphasis exclusively on sustainability but visualizes mobility as an activity defined by four fundamental characteristics: clean, connected, safe and accessible.

Always under these four premises, the third edition of Go Mobility by MUBIL will showcase the latest developments in the market from a dual industrial and digital perspective, and will do so with the aim of continuing to be a benchmark event in Southern Europe for all agents in the ecosystem of present and future sustainable mobility. Likewise, the event has already become a meeting point to promote exchanges of high added value, boost innovative projects and promote the industrial transformation of the territory.
