We have obtained your personal data (i) through sources accessible to the public and (ii) through the previous relations that you have had with FICOBA, or as a result of the relations that you currently have with our entity, either because you are a worker, exhibitor, attendee at fairs, cultural events, conferences or other types of events, supplier of goods or services, or because you have requested that we send you information regarding our activities.

SOCIAL NETWORKS
The use of social networks is becoming more and more frequent and FICOBA is present in most of them, this being another way of contacting you.

What personal data do we process?
The data we will process for the legitimate purposes explained below are as follows:

What personal data do we process?
In order to comply with our social objective, which is the organisation and management of all types of fairs, exhibitions, conferences, cultural events and other types of events at the FICOBA exhibition centre in Irun and specifically:
- To send information concerning FICOBA’s activities via SMS, telephone, post, email, even when our relationship has ended, unless the interested party states otherwise.
- To invite you to events that take place in the fairgrounds managed by FICOBA.
- To carry out satisfaction surveys.
In addition, we also process your data for the purpose of sending, including by electronic means, promotional communications regarding activities and initiatives of a similar nature to those that you have previously participated in.
The interested party may object to receiving this type of marketing communication, now or at any other time, by sending an e-mail to ficoba@ficoba.org or by sending a request to our postal address, all with the reference DATA PROTECTION.
For what reason can we handle your personal data?
The treatment of your personal data related to the maintenance of your relationship with FICOBA as an exhibitor, assistant or service provider is legitimate as it is necessary in order to comply with the contractual obligations arising from these relationships.
The treatment of your personal data for the purpose of sending you promotional information on FICOBA’s activities or initiatives similar to those in which you have participated, responds to a legitimate interest of our entity and is authorised by current legislation.
The data requested in the forms are, in general, obligatory (unless otherwise specified in the required field) in order to comply with the purposes established in the previous section and which correspond to our corporate purpose. Therefore, if the requested data are not provided or are not provided correctly, these purposes cannot be fulfilled.
When and for what purpose may we disclose your data to third parties?

Your personal data will be kept as long as your relationship with FICOBA is maintained and, after the end of that relationship for any reason, for the applicable legal limitation periods.
